About the qualification

The SCPLH/R is the legal qualification required under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 to refresh your knowledge of licensing law. The Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) approved SCPLH/R refresher qualification is accepted by all Scottish Licensing Boards.
